5-Inch Square Baking Dish

The (absolutely adorable!!!) casserole dishes are incredibly high quality. Thick, durable, and very easy to clean by hand, even with egg or browned butter.

The recipe book is equally high quality, with satisfyingly heavy, high-gloss pages, lie flat binding (mostly) and a layout just makes sense. I also appreciated the tips on shopping as a singleton -- 40+ years old and it somehow never occurred to me to go to the meat counter and ask for a smaller portion or cut .

I was skeptical about the potholders because I'm a gloves-with-thumbs baker but the middle stich does the trick. The silicone side is grippy but the material feels good on your hand. It's best of both worlds - grip of silicone but comfort of cloth.

I think buying this bundle has been the nicest thing I've done for myself in a long time. I'm finally cooking again and doing so joyfully, with none of that undercurrent of sadness that comes (at least for me) when not only having to adjust a recipe but -salt on the wound!- having to do Math to do it.

This bundle, the food itself - I've made at least four recipes from each chapter by now - everything just feels _good_; truly self love and nurturing for the heart and the body..

It’s the best thing for your recipes. I waited a while before purchasing it because I thought my existing dishes would do. And they work just fine. But the little red dish makes for a joyful presentation of the food.

This dish is a perfect size for one or two. I just made the tuna noodle casserole (substituted canned salmon) in it and it turned out great!

This square casserole is the perfect size for baking a small sized casserole or reheating!
It fits perfectly in my toaster oven; therefore, saving money by not heating up the big oven.
I can even fit the rectangle and casserole in my toaster oven side by side.
Dishwasher safe, so easy clean up, as well!

Right size for all the recipes

Just the right size

I love this little baking dish. I have a copy of the cookbook which you can buy on the One Dish Kitchen website. I have now made the Classic Meatloaf twice. It is made in this dish. The great thing about the baking dish is that, due to its size, it is much easier to put into and out of the oven and to clean. It's good quality material and cleans easily. Great purchase.

I enjoy the One Dish blog and have made several recepies from it but did not have the proper cooking dishes. Thank you for making these dishes possible and economical.

I haven't used it yet, but it appears to be very sturdy. It is smaller than I expected but also explains why the recipes I have been making haven't turned out as well because I truly didn't have the right size pan. Measurements are challenging for me clearly😉
